Before developing your organisation's tailored instance of TalonSOW we will assign an implementation consultant who will be your single point of contact to ensure we discover, plan, create and launch the perfect offering to support every aspect of your SoW requirement.
To fully grasp the challenges and goals of your organisation we will run a Discovery Audit. Working collaboratively with you through all parts of the on-demand supplier journey, we will unpick the findings to determine the functions and features needed to create your organisation's unique on-demand statement of work management system.
The information gathered during the Discovery phase will now form the basis for our Technical Lead to create a detailed project plan including timings, actions and named assignments. We will work closely with your teams to map out where you are now and where you want to be answering any queries and managing potential future risk.
This is the exciting part where we take what we’ve planned together and build this into your organisation’s bespoke software. Throughout this phase we will keep you updated and work together to ensure that you are aware of and happy with progress. Depending on requirements gathered during the Discovery phase we will carry out any additional custom integration or enhancement work, configure reports and process flows and deliver intensive end to end system tests to ensure the product is ready for a successful launch.
Your fully customised, standalone, on-demand talent management system is ready. We will provide a tailored onboarding program for internal employees, external MSP personnel and your population of direct contingent suppliers and contractors. Our technical and customer success teams will provide hands on support including training and onboarding, with easy access to ongoing customer service over the lifetime of your contract. Our focus, as ever, will remain to manage costs, maximise value and reduce risk.
Once you’re up and running we will use our supplier feedback mechanisms to gather information from initial users to ensure we are always providing the best service possible for you to gain full visibility of your on-demand supplier community and our UK-based team will supply ongoing technical and customer support for the lifetime of the contract
