How can we help?

Is there a minimum contract length?

There is a minimum 12 month contract, with monthly billing.

What does the license fee include?

The license fee for our branded, standalone TalonFMS solution covers unlimited freelancers, up to twenty users and gives access to the full product suite.

Is technical support included?

Yes. Your monthly license fee includes: UK business hours for standard support, 24/7 escalation with automated alerts to on-call engineers, and customer support from a UK-based support team on core UK working hours (8am-6pm).

Can I purchase additional users?

Additional user licenses can be purchased in blocks of 10. If you require over 100 users, talk to us.

Is there an implementation cost?

There is a one-off implementation fee, which includes configuration and bespoke training for your users.

Do you offer custom integrations?

Yes, we can integrated TalonFMS with your systems. An hourly rate is charged for custom integrations.
